Our Next Classes start in April. Registration (only for those on the list and already pre-registered) is April 7th, 2008 at 7pm. Classes will be on Monday nights.  Times will be determined at the registration, based on how many dogs are entered (it guessed that obedience will be at 6:30 and puppy at 7:30).  We will split into two groups if there are lots of dogs/puppies to provide more one on one attention.

Puppy Kindergarten Class
This class is for puppies age 8 weeks up to 4 months old.  In this class we teach submissive position, the basics of sit, down, come and walking on a leash. We also go over leave it and wait. The class also discusses any puppy issues that class members want help with, such as housebreaking, crate training, kids/dogs, games, nipping, biting, exercising, etc. We also discuss and will help you choose what training equipment would work best for you and your dog, based on the breed and temperament of the individual dog.  This class is $60 and runs for six weeks.

Novice Obedience Class
This class is for older puppies all the way to senior adults!  Unlike the old saying, a dog’s never too old to learn a new trick! This class is great for either a novice dog or a novice handler or both!  In this class we go more into detail on the sit, stay, down, come and heel. We also expect alot more from the dogs in this class. We will work with fitting training equipment and go over concerns that individual class members have with their dogs. This class is $75 and is eight weeks long.
